Course Description

DCI’s Lash and Brow Style course provides licensed Estheticians and Cosmetologists with comprehensive instruction in the principles and techniques of lash lifting and brow lamination. Students will develop the skills necessary to enhance and define the natural lashes and brows through proper application, safety, and finishing procedures. The course includes both the theory of lash application as well as hand-on practice including:

The class will focus on taking natural lashes to new heights! In our Lash and Brow Styling Certification course, you’ll learn to master each step of the Lash Lift—prep, style and care—for lashes soft as silk, and high as heaven. Enrollment includes access to an expansive manual—inclusive of our new brow lamination step-by-step—and a live, interactive classroom where you’ll learn everything from business basics to advanced styling techniques. You’ll receive personal, live feedback from our DCI educators before receiving your certification, setting you up for Lash and Brow Styling success!

NOTE: Students are required to bring a colleague, friend, or family member as their model for hands-on practice to the class. DCI will not be providing models. Students attending the class without a model will not be permitted to participate.

Course Requirements

Students must have an active, valid state Esthetician or Cosmetologist License.
Students must bring a client model for hands-on practice to the class.
Payment is due in full prior to class.

Continuing education courses are excluded from accreditation with the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC), and licensing from the Delaware Department of Education.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be given for non-credit courses. If a course is cancelled by Dawn Career Institute, students have an option of enrolling in the next available course or receiving a full refund.

Course Materials/Requirements

A pre-course study guide will be provided and must be completed prior to the first day of class.

All Lash and Brow Styling materials will be provided at the time the training is conducted.

Certification

Once a student has completed this course, they will receive an official Borboleta Lash Technician certification.
