These strategic partnerships allow Dawn to provide students with practical experience, access to modern equipment, and clear pathways into in-demand careers. At the same time, they enable local employers to engage with emerging talent and address critical workforce needs. BAYADA Home Health Care
Dawn Career Institute partners with BAYADA Home Health Care, one of the largest and most trusted leaders in home health care, to support students pursuing nursing careers and to help meet the growing demand for compassionate, skilled caregivers.
Through this partnership, Dawn presents qualified students in our Practical Nurse program for interviews with BAYADA. Selected students receive a tuition scholarship in exchange for a one-year employment commitment with BAYADA upon program completion. This collaboration creates a direct pathway from education to employment, supports students financially as they pursue their training, and helps BAYADA continue delivering exceptional home healthcare services to the communities it serves.
ChristianaCare
As ChristianaCare, the largest healthcare system in Northern Delaware, looks to bring new talent into its healthcare system, the organization has partnered with Dawn Career Institute to help train individuals in the healthcare field. Through this partnership, ChristianaCare provides scholarship funding for selected employees to attend Dawn Career Institute for hands-on healthcare training. Upon completion of their training and certification, these DCI graduates enter their new roles within ChristianaCare, helping to strengthen the healthcare workforce.
This partnership has been rewarding, as it provides participants with a solid educational foundation and a new career path. For ChristianaCare, it represents a meaningful way to develop skilled, compassionate caregivers who are prepared to make an immediate impact.
Dwyer Workforce Development
Together, Dawn Career Institute and Dwyer Workforce Development are strengthening the local healthcare workforce and creating pathways to sustainable careers. Dwyer Workforce Development provides job training and placement services for individuals seeking rewarding careers in healthcare, and this partnership is focused on addressing the growing need for Certified Nursing Assistants within the local community.
By providing tuition funding to students in our Nursing Assistant program, Dwyer leads graduates to employment opportunities in long-term care facilities after program completion. This collaboration supports both workforce development and community healthcare needs by preparing job-ready professionals and helping healthcare employers fill critical staffing shortages.
Lennox
Through Dawn Career Institute’s partnership with Lennox, a leading global provider of climate control solutions for air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration, we’ve upgraded our HVAC training lab with Lennox equipment known very well in the field. In DCI’s new Lennox Live Lab, the first of its kind, students gain practical experience installing and working with this modern equipment, allowing them to develop technical skills that align with current workplace standards.
