Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
In this course, students will be taught BLS (Basic Life Support), CPR/AED for Healthcare Providers. Students will learn the skills of CPR for victims of all ages and will practice CPR in a team setting. They will learn how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED) and how to relieve a choking (foreign body airway obstruction) adult/infant. The skills learned in this course will help you recognize an emergency situation and how to respond to them. This course is created by the AHA (American Heart Association) and is taught by a certified AHA instructor.
