In accordance to FERPA guidelines, all requests for transcripts must be in writing. Requests for your official DCI transcript may be mailed or faxed.

There is a $10.00 charge for each transcript.

TRANSCRIPTS WILL NOT BE RELEASED IF FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS HAVE NOT BEEN SATISFIED.
